Key Responsibilities

* Requirements Gathering:
Lead workshops and interviews to gather, document, and analyse business requirements from key stakeholders.

* Process Mapping:
Model and map existing "as-is" processes and design optimized "to-be" workflows to drive efficiency.

* Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, project managers, and business units to ensure seamless communication and strategic alignment.

* Data Analysis:
Interpret complex data sets and business metrics to inform strategic decision-making and project direction.

* Solution Delivery:
Support the testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of new business systems and processes.
What Our Client is Looking For

* Proven commercial experience working as a Business Analyst within the IT/Tech sector.

* Strong proficiency in requirement elicitation, documentation, and process modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML).

* Experience working across various project methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to influence, negotiate, and manage stakeholders at all levels.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail
