Requirements:

Qualified Solicitors:

* Admitted solicitor in England and Wales

* Strong academics and legal training

* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and case-management skills

* Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload

* Strong communication and client-care skills

* Flexible, resilient, and team-oriented

Trainee Solicitors & Paralegals:

* Law graduates (LLB / GDL / LPC / SQE)

* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

* Excellent communication and customer-service skills

* Legal administration experience considered
