Construction Buyer | Materials Sourcing Projects

Our client, a well-established, privately owned, £50m turnover, main contracting business, seek to hire an experienced Construction Buyer to work from their East London head offices.

Working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, you will be purchasing a wide range of building materials; aggregates, bricks and blocks, timber, glazing and other common and specialist materials as dictated by each new job. As a business they cover the;
Housing, Education, Health, Commercial and Public sectors, undertaking a wide range of new-build and refurbishment projects, up to circa £10m each in value. You will be working as part of a vibrant and tight-knit team, with clear objectives and career path for any desired progression. With a stable senior management team, this is a good environment to both and develop professionally.

They are open to candidates who are either already established at this level (5+years) or assistant buyers looking to take the next step. If you feel this could be your next career challenge.
