Cleaning Operative, Cleaning Services

Location: Dagenham

We're looking for Cleaning Operatives to join the team at Paragon's busy site in Dagenham.

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and organised working environments. You’ll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the site by ensuring offices, production areas and communal spaces are maintained to a high standard.

Available Shifts

* 6:00am – 2:00pm

* 10:00am – 6:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing

* Cleaning offices, canteen, production areas and restroom facilities

* Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping designated areas

* Using appropriate warning signs and barriers when cleaning is in progress

* Responding to ad-hoc cleaning requests, including spills and urgent cleaning tasks

* Reporting any maintenance issues to the site support team

* Following all Health & Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organised and able to work independently while also being a supportive member of the team.

You’ll have previous professional cleaning experience and be able to demonstrate:

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Good literacy and numeracy skills

* Excellent attention to detail

* Strong organisational skills

* A positive, proactive approach to work

* The ability to work independently with minimal supervision

* A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
