Dermatological Process Technologist - Secondment / FTC

Position Summary: As a Process Technologist, you will work as part of a team supporting the production area by providing technical service. This includes troubleshooting, technical projects, and supplying technical data within a GMP and EHS compliant environment.
- Manage multiple priorities; responsible for project delivery and agile execution with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Execute and support process validation, process performance qualification (PPQ), and continued process verification (CPV) for dermatological formulations, including cleaning.
- Act as first‑line technical support for root‑cause analysis of material/product/processing/cleaning issues and rapid resolution using multiple data sources.
- Lead or assist in FMEAs, risk assessments, deviations, change controls, corrective and preventive action (CAPA) closures, and participate in safety and quality audits.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes adhere to safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or a related field.
- Technical or industry experience within pharmaceuticals or biotechnologies.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with cGMP, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Strong project management and self‑organisation skills.
