Thomaston, GA – $51,811.56 - $66,168.17 (annually)

Responsible for safe and efficient management of a long‑term care patient area and/or nursing department shift. Plans and directs assigned staff activities, oversees execution of quality patient care, complies with federal, state, and local regulations, administers and records medications, records vital signs, collects laboratory specimens, and provides emotional support to patients and families.

• Comply with current federal, state, and local regulations governing nursing care.
• Administer and record medications following physician orders and established center policy.
• Takes and record patient’s vital signs and collects laboratory specimens as directed.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.

• Current license as an LPN from the Georgia State Nursing Board.

• Possess ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Be capable of maintaining effective working relationships with patients, family members, department heads, and fellow associates.
