General Manager

Salt Marsh Pizza is a locally owned and operated Domino’s Pizza franchise rapidly growing in central Georgia. We are seeking motivated individuals for Assistant Manager and General Manager in Training positions in the following locations:
Milledgeville, Gray, Greensboro, Sandersville, Forsyth, Madison, Barnesville, and Jackson (GA).

• Hire, train, schedule, and manage employees in daily tasks.
• Develop good customer relationships and address customer service needs.
• Manage purchasing, inventory, maintenance, and other operational functions.
• Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement.
• Communicate between managers, customers, and employees.
• Assist with deliveries as needed based on business requirements.

Standing:
Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile and linoleum. Height of work surfaces is between 36" and 48".

Walking:
For short distances and durations, including traveling between the store and delivery vehicle and from the vehicle to customer locations.

Lifting:
Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck. Deliveries may include cases weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions up to 3' x 1.5'.

Carrying:
Large cans weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces are carried from the workstation to storage shelves. Occasionally, sauce weighing 30 pounds and trays of pizza dough weighing approximately 12 pounds per tray are carried during delivery.

Pushing and Pulling:
Trays on dollies usually require a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push. Trays may also be pulled.

Climbing:
Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder for maintenance tasks. During delivery, navigating five or more flights of stairs may be required.

Stooping/Bending:
Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station, with durations of approximately 30‑45 seconds repeated throughout the day.

Crouching/Squatting:
Occasional standing to stock shelves and clean low areas.

Reaching:
Continuous reaching up, down, and forward; occasionally above 72" to operate oven controls or lift items from shelves; reaching down for tasks such as scooping cornmeal or washing dishes; reaching forward for topping ingredients, cleaning, or answering phones.

Driving:
Deliver pizzas within a designated area, often making several deliveries per shift. Required to deliver flyers and door hangers. Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards; access to an insured vehicle.
