Primary Care Nurse Practitioner NW of Fergus Falls, MN

Clinic is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join their Primary Care team in west-central Minnesota, just southeast of Fargo, ND.

• This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative outpatient setting
• Ideal candidate is committed to improving health outcomes, fostering long-term relationships with patients, and working alongside a multidisciplinary team
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations
• Manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and order appropriate diagnostic tests
• Provide preventive care, health education, and lifestyle counseling
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
• Document patient encounters accurately and timely using EPIC EMR

Qualifications:

• Must be able to see pediatric patient populations
• Previous work experience as an APP in primary care required
• Active certification and licensure as an NP or PA-C
• DEA registration and prescriptive authority in Minnesota upon start
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Benefits/Compensation:

• Base compensation salary is guaranteed starting at $118,500/year for the first 2 years of employment
• Opportunity to earn additional income based on production hours worked (wRVU’s)
