• High implant volume – join a group completing over 1,000 implant cases annually, from single units to advanced reconstructions (All‑on‑4, sinus lifts, block grafts)
• TCO support – focus on clinical excellence while a dedicated Treatment Coordinator enhances case acceptance & patient experience
• Collaborative, specialist‑led team – orthodontists, periodontists, restorative dentists & implant surgeons all under one roof
• Ongoing development – mentorship in advanced implant techniques & sedation, plus peer support through our clinical network
• Referral growth – benefit from our strong brand reputation and growing local referral base

• Deliver a full range of implant treatments, from single units to complex rehabilitations
• Collaborate closely with a TCO to guide patients through their implant journey
• Work alongside a highly skilled nursing & clinical support team
• Help expand the clinic’s implant profile through referrals and case excellence

• GDC‑registered Dentist with proven implant and oral surgery experience
• Commitment to precision, excellence, and ethical private dentistry
• Strong communication skills & ability to inspire patient trust
• Ability to grow and nurture a referral base
• Team‑focused and collaborative approach
• Experience with complex cases (full‑arch, cosmetic rehabilitation)
• 5+ years’ post‑graduate experience in a private environment
