Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Training, Progression, Company Benefits, Hybrid

Are you an Architectural Technician, qualified Part 2 or similar, with a background using Revit looking to join a close‑knit, growing company that offers development within the company through progression opportunities and the chance to work on exciting and varied projects across both residential and commercial sectors? Our company started in high‑end residential developments and has since grown a reputation for delivering renovations, extensions, development schemes and commercial projects for high‑end residential clients.

In this role you will gain experience on all aspects of the architecture work from conducting site surveys, reading technical drawings to creating concepts and planning drawings. Our team values a friendly, collaborative working environment and a clear growth plan that benefits everyone.

• Design using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Work in a small tight‑knit team.
• Manage the lifecycle of projects, primarily RIBA Stages 1‑4.

• Architectural Technician, Part 2 or similar.
• Background using Revit.
• Commutable to Whetstone on a hybrid basis.
