About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Religious Education Teacher with strong subject knowledge and a commitment to nurturing students’ critical thinking and ethical understanding across Key Stages 3 to 5.

As part of a dynamic Humanities department, you’ll:

• Deliver engaging and inclusive RE lessons in line with the national curriculum

• Promote respectful dialogue, enquiry, and reflection among students

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively with confidence and consistency

• Contribute to the wider school ethos and go above and beyond to support pupil success

• Participate in department planning, enrichment activities, and professional development

Requirements

An ideal candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Have strong subject expertise in Religious Education

• Be able to inspire and challenge students of all abilities

• Demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills

• Be proactive, collaborative, and willing to contribute to school life

• Be available full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM)
