• Providing targeted academic interventions
• Supporting students with SEN including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
• Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
• Collaborating with the SENCO and teaching staff
• Monitoring progress and supporting personalised learning plans
