Deliver high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, supported by shared planning and mentoring

Work collaboratively with colleagues, TAs, and school leaders
Engage fully with the school’s ECT programme, CPD, and coaching support
Candidate Requirements
Hold (or be on track to achieve) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2026
Be an Early Career Teacher motivated to develop across the primary age range
Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed practice
Be reflective, open to feedback, and eager to grow as a practitioner
Share the school’s values of high expectations, care, and collaboration
Salary will be determined in line with the Outer London Main Pay Scale and aligned to the Early Career Teacher (ECT) pay range (M1–M2). The role is suitable for ECTs, with salary awarded at M1.
