The Role – Learning Support Assistant

A supportive mainstream secondary school in the London Borough of Barnet is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team ASAP.

You will:

Support students across KS3 and KS4 on a 1:1 and small group basis

Assist students with mild SEN, learning difficulties, or behavioural needs

Work closely with class teachers to adapt learning materials

Help to maintain a focused and inclusive classroom environment

Monitor and report on student progress to teaching staff and SENCO

The ideal candidate will be proactive, patient, and confident supporting secondary students across a range of abilities. Previous secondary school experience is highly desirable.
