Horizon Teachers is currently supporting a Secondary School in recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join a great team.  This will be a long term position in Barnet, North London.  You will have the opportunity to work with students who need extra support and your impact will be instant.
The role

Supporting students within a 1:1 setting and small groups
Assisting the class teacher with delivery and classroom management
Creating a positive, engaging and safe learning environment
Encouraging confidence and social development
Seeing first hand the impact you are having on the student'sThe School

Welcoming and warm staff room
Clear guidance and leadership creating a positive working environment
