Apprentice Educator

Compensation: £19,656 - £20,717 / year

Responsibilities
  • Deliver the 'learning through play' ethos and the N Curriculum with care and flair.
  • Support daily routines and ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtime.
  • Plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development.
  • Carry out high‑quality observations, assessments and planning for key children.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
  • Support mealtime supervision in line with safety policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of every area throughout the day.
  • Commit to the apprenticeship path and obtain an Early Years qualification.
Qualifications and Attributes
  • No previous experience required; passion for education and child development sought.
  • Positive, proactive outlook.
  • Motivated and eager to learn.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • High energy.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
