Job Details
Key Responsibilities- Deliver tailored one-to-one tuition sessions based on each student's individual needs.
- Provide ESOL/EAL/English support.
- Encourage confidence, independence and effective study habits.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents/carers where necessary.
- QTS, TEFL, ESOL or equivalent teaching qualification, or relevant learning support experience.
- Previous experience teaching or tutoring students.
- Strong understanding of the curriculum.
- Genuine passion for education and supporting young people to achieve their potential.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Competitive pay of £25–£30 per hour.
