Teaching Assistants - Junior & Infant Sites (2 Positions)

SANZA Teaching Agency are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Edgware who are seeking two dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their team from September-one based in the Junior site and one in the Infant site.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school community where staff work collaboratively and pupils are well-supported to achieve their best. The school are looking for adaptable and proactive individuals who are happy to work as both a general classroom assistant and a SEN Teaching Assistant, rotating between roles as required.
The successful candidates will join a friendly and committed team, supporting across the classroom while also providing targeted support for pupils with additional needs.

The school are seeking flexible Teaching Assistants who can confidently support both whole-class learning and SEN provision.
Responsibilities- Supporting teaching and learning across the classroom
- Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs
- Assisting with behaviour management and pupil engagement
- Working closely with class teachers and SEN staff
- Adapting to different roles across general TA and SEN support
- Supporting pupils' academic and social development
- Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant
- Experience supporting children with additional needs (SEN)
- A flexible and proactive approach to working across roles
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues
- A genuine passion for supporting children's development
