Protocol Education is recruiting for a Full-Time Autism Support Worker in Barnet, supporting children with autism 1:1 and in small groups within a warm primary setting.
You will work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver structured, positive learning experiences, develop communication and social skills, and help children thrive every day.
This is a hands-on role requiring empathy, flexibility, and a proactive approach; training and safeguarding are provided.
