If you’re an experienced Teaching Assistant who enjoys new environments and wants more control over when you work, this could be exactly what you’re looking for.

Teach Now is recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants for flexible primary-school work across Barnet from September.

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, no two assignments need to look the same. You could support a Reception class one day, work alongside pupils in KS2 the next, or provide focused SEN support where your experience is most valuable.

You’ll support schools by:

Working alongside teachers to keep pupils engaged.

Supporting individuals and small groups.

Helping pupils access differentiated activities.

Providing additional support for SEND pupils where required.

Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom routines.

Quickly becoming a reliable part of each school team.

We’re looking for:
Experienced, dependable Teaching Assistants who can adapt quickly and build rapport with children and staff. Previous UK primary-school experience is strongly preferred. TA qualifications and SEND experience are advantageous.
