Milk Education are partnering with a high-performing secondary school in Barnet to recruit a dedicated Pastoral Assistant to join their pastoral team. The role focuses on supporting attendance, behaviour and emotional wellbeing while building strong relationships with pupils and families.
You will deliver 1:1 and small-group pastoral interventions, work with safeguarding staff, and maintain accurate records to track student welfare and progress. A calm, proactive approach is essential.
