Teach Now is looking for dependable and enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants to support primary schools throughout Barnet.
This is an ideal opportunity for experienced TAs who want more flexibility while continuing to make a difference in the classroom.
You could be supporting a KS1 class one day, working with a KS2 intervention group another, or providing focused support for a pupil with an additional need.
What the role can include
General classroom support.
Small-group literacy and numeracy work.
1:1 pupil support.
SEN and additional-needs support.
Helping pupils remain engaged and confident in their learning.
Assisting teachers with classroom routines and activities.
We are looking for
Previous experience working with children, preferably in a UK school.
Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualifications are advantageous.
Confident communication and good literacy/numeracy.
Reliability and the ability to adapt quickly.
A genuine interest in supporting children's learning.
