Childrens Home Manager - 3 Bed EBD Home
Location:
Chipping, PR3
Salary:
Up to £63,000 per annum - inclusive of bonuses
- Ofsted bonus up to £3,000.00 per year
- Sign on bonus up to £2,000.00 in the first 6 months
- Total first year earnings potential up to £66,000.00
- Ongoing annual earnings potential up to £63,000.00
- Company vehicle for work purposes

- At least 3 years in a senior role within children’s EBD care
- Previous leadership or management experience within a children’s home
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted regulations, and residential care standards
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
- Willingness to complete or hold Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification
- Full UK driving licence
