Morgan Hunt is recruiting a caring and reliable Learning Support Assistant to support students with SEND at Barnet and Southgate College.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting students in lessons and with daily college activities.
Providing personal care, including toileting and support with personal hygiene, in line with individual care plans.
Helping students develop independence, confidence and communication skills.
Working closely with teaching staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
We are looking for someone with:
Experience providing personal care.
Experience supporting learners with SEND in an education or care setting.
A patient, respectful and supportive approach.
An enhanced adult and child DBS registered on the Update Service.
