Civil Enforcement Officer
This role involves patrolling streets and encouraging lawful parking by issuing penalty charge notices (PCNs) for vehicles that violate parking regulations.
Responsibilities- Issue PCNs to vehicles that are parked in contravention of the parking regulations.
- Record evidence and observations to monitor vehicle parking.
- Report any equipment that is in need of repair so it can be fixed promptly.
- Report problems with signs, lanes, or street activity.
- Report abandoned vehicles to management.
- Previous experience as a Civil Enforcement Officer (minimum 6 months).
- Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.
- Experience working with computerised systems.
- Prior parking industry experience is essential.
Pay: £18.26 per hour via umbrella.
Hours:
40+ hours per week.
Uniform will be provided; you are expected to provide your own black shoes.
