Parking Enforcement Coordinator

Location: Colindale

Good Afternoon,

I am currently representing Barnet Council who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 12 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience

We are looking for a Parking Enforcement Coordinator this role will be based at:
Hybrid Working 2 days office based, NW9 4EW

The right candidate will:

* Field and reply to enforcement requests and general parking enquiries both internal and external

* Ensure timely and accurate replies to instructions from the local APCOA parking enforcement team

* Respond to first stage complaints regarding parking enforcement

* Carry out site visits to ensure enforcement requests are being carried by local APCOA team

We require the following:

* Good working knowledge of parking contraventions and relevant legislation
