• Ensure the perspectives of service users, parents, and carers are considered in all aspects of your work.
• Comprehend the SEND agenda and ensure Education, Health, and Care needs assessments and reports are completed within statutory time frames.
• Assist in reviewing, developing, and implementing service-specific pathways to optimise care.
• Take a leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of safe and effective care for children and young people.
• Ensure team administrative and support services meet organisational standards.
• Facilitate and maintain clinical quality within the Speech and Language Team.
• Identify ways to measure and audit quality improvement and evidence outcomes for children and young people.
