• Morning: 07 00
• Evening: 17 00
• Flexible options available
• Every other weekend required

About the Role Home Instead Barnet provides high-quality, relationship-led care to older adults in their own homes.
We re looking for kind, reliable Healthcare Assistants to support clients with day-to-day living while building meaningful, long-term relationships. No previous care experience is required full training and ongoing support are provided.

What You ll Do

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, medication reminders)
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal preparation and light household tasks
• Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, or activities
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

• Availability to work every other weekend

Care experience is welcomed but not essential.
