Hours: Full-time or part-time
Shifts: Morning: 07:00–15:00;
Evening: 17:00–22:00
Every other weekend required (flexible options available)

Home Instead Barnet provides high-quality, relationship-led care to older adults in their own homes. We’re looking for kind, reliable Healthcare Assistants to support clients with day-to-day living while building meaningful, long-term relationships. No previous care experience is required — full training and ongoing support are provided.

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, medication reminders)
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal preparation and light household tasks
• Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, or activities
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

• Kind, caring, and respectful nature
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn
• Availability to work every other weekend
• Right to work in the UK - No visa sponsorship available

Care experience is welcomed but not essential.
