Preferred Candidate to have:

• Proven experience as a Carer.

About the Role: We are seeking a Team Leader to support the Care Manager, and Care Coordinator/Field Supervisor in all aspects of care management. You will encourage staff, assist in supervision and induction, and review rotas and rostering plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the caregiving team
• Collaborate closely with the Care Coordinator for effective team coordination
• Assist in administrative support roles to streamline operations
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and agency policies
• Participate in on-call rota to ensure staff have access to advice, guidance, and support in emergencies
• Facilitate effective team communication, support induction, and ensure records are up to date

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in administrative support roles is advantageous
• Proficient in health and safety risk assessments and incident report uploads
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Experience as a senior support worker or team leader within residential, supported living, or domiciliary care
