HRIS Specialist, HR Generalist / Talent Management
A well-established secondary school in Barnet is seeking a proactive HR Officer to provide a professional and responsive HR service across the school.
The RoleYou’ll be involved in:
End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Staff contracts and changes
HR systems and employee records
Absence and leave administration
DBS and pre-employment checks
Supporting payroll information
HR reporting and compliance
Employee queries and day-to-day HR support
You’ll ideally have previous school or education HR experience and a good understanding of safer recruitment, confidentiality and employee lifecycle processes.
Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills are essential.
