Caretakers & Site Officers Needed – July 2026 Start
Temp-to-Perm | £16–£20 per hour
We are recruiting two hardworking and reliable Site Staff to join the facilities teams across a Trust of schools in Barnet. These roles start April 2026 and offer a temp‑to‑perm pathway with competitive hourly rates.
We’re looking for practical, hands‑on individuals who take pride in maintaining safe, secure, and well‑presented school environments. You’ll play a key role in the day‑to‑day upkeep of school buildings, responding promptly to maintenance tasks and ensuring a smooth‑running site for staff and pupils.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:- Previous experience as a Caretaker, Site Officer, or in a construction/maintenance role
- Strong practical knowledge of building repairs, health & safety, and general maintenance
- A proactive, solution‑focused attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
