What Your Day Might Look Like

• Start with a lighting check-swap out any bulbs that need replacing
• Roll up your sleeves and get stuck into cleaning duties across your designated areas
• Work closely with your team and residents to keep things running smoothly and safely
• Be a visible, approachable presence on-site five days a week

You won't be stuck behind a desk-you'll be out on site, making a real difference every day. You'll be part of a supportive team that values your input and gives you the tools to succeed.

• Ideally has a full, clean UK manual driving licence
• Brings experience in caretaking or cleaning
• Has great customer service skills
• Knows their way around powered equipment
• Loves helping people and takes pride in their work

This role requires a Basic DBS check and a full UK driving licence.

Peabody does not offer sponsorship for this role. Interviews will be held in person at our Brent office on 30th September. In this role you will be covering the Barnet area. This is a hands‑on role that involves regular physical activity, including lifting and carrying items that may weigh 20‑25kg or more. The role also requires bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, working at height, and spending extended periods carrying out physical tasks in a variety of environments.
