Tik Tok Manager

We're looking for a creative, commercially minded and hands-on Tik Tok Manager to take ownership of our Tik Tok presence and help grow an exciting portfolio of health and wellness products.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who lives and breathes Tik Tok, understands the latest trends, knows how to create engaging short-form content, and can build strong relationships with influencers and content creators.

You'll play a key role in shaping our Tik Tok strategy, growing our audience, increasing engagement and helping turn great content into sales.

• Own our Tik Tok strategy - Develop and execute a content strategy that grows brand awareness, engagement and reach.
• Create engaging content - Generate ideas, film, edit and publish Tik Tok videos that capture attention and drive results.
• Stay ahead of trends - Spot emerging Tik Tok trends, sounds and content formats, and turn them into relevant, engaging content.
• Manage influencers and creators - Identify, approach and collaborate with Tik Tok influencers, UGC creators and affiliates to produce authentic content.
• Support Tik Tok Shop growth - Help develop opportunities through Tik Tok Shop, creator partnerships, affiliate activity and product-led content.
• Coordinate Tik Tok LIVE activity - Support the planning and delivery of live shopping sessions, working with hosts, creators or external partners.
• Plan campaigns and launches - Build a consistent content calendar around new products, promotions, seasonal opportunities and key campaigns.
• Track performance - Monitor views, engagement, audience growth and content performance, using insights to continually improve results.
• Work collaboratively - Coordinate with internal teams and external creators to bring creative ideas to life.

• Proven experience managing Tik Tok content for a consumer-facing brand, ideally within ecommerce, health, beauty, wellness or lifestyle

• A strong understanding of the Tik Tok algorithm, trends, storytelling and what makes content perform.
• Hands-on experience creating, filming and editing short-form video content.
• Experience working with influencers, content creators and UGC campaigns.
• A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and execute them quickly.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• A results-driven approach, with an understanding of how Tik Tok can support brand growth and sales.

• Experience with Tik Tok Shop and Tik Tok affiliate programmes.
• Experience organising or managing Tik Tok LIVE shopping

• Knowledge of influencer gifting and creator seeding campaigns.
• Confidence using Cap Cut, Canva or similar editing tools.
• Experience repurposing Tik Tok content for Instagram Reels and Facebook.
