Job Summary

Registered Nurse (Days) – Hadley Lawns Care Home, Kitts End Road, Hadley Highstone, Barnet, EN5 4QE
. Pay: £21.40 - £23.64 per hour (depending on experience). 3x 12‑hour days per week, contract 36 hours. Paid breaks, £1000 welcome bonus

• Take responsibility for the well‑being of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met
• Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals
• Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each resident
• Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin
• Managing the unit alongside clinical duties, including oversight of care, administering and ordering medication, reviewing and evaluating care plans
• Experience maintaining high clinical standards and delivering CQC‑aligned practices
• Effective communication and reporting skills for handover of clinical issues
• Ability to work independently, remaining calm in emergencies and self‑reliant with critical thinking, especially in night shifts
