Salary £25,000 - Plus commission (OTE £45,000 - £60,000)

Working Hours- (phone number removed) pm Monday-Friday plus every other Saturday (phone number removed) pm

Driving license and own car required - Fuel allowance

Our client is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their busy and successful lettings department. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and motivated individual looking to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment.

• Handle client communications in a professional and timely manner
• Always deliver exceptional customer service
• Conduct viewings with prospective tenants
• Ensure all viewings are followed up and feedback is provided to the landlord
• Assisting tenants through the referencing process
• Answering general enquiries from potential tenants and Landlords
• Full driver's license and own car required

• Be passionate about property
• Be self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
• Demonstrate a professional work ethic
• Have an excellent telephone manner
• Be smart in appearance
• Have access to a car and hold a full UK driving licence
• Live within a 10-mile radius of Finchley Central
