As a Sales Assistant based in our Ely branch youll be responsible for:
Assisting customers at the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations. Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with a positive, proactive attitude, building strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent customer service. Carrying out general warehouse duties, including picking and packing customer orders and unpacking stock to be booked in on our system and put away in the warehouse Merchandising displays to a high standard in the branch.

This is a full time, permanent role
- Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm and one Saturday per month, 08.00am - 12.00pm (paid as overtime) once trained. And heres what wed like you to have:
