Dunelm is seeking a Stock and Delivery Supervisor to lead a high-performing team and ensure shelves are full, stock accuracy is maintained, and deliveries arrive on time. The role combines hands-on stock control with coaching the store team to deliver smooth service behind the scenes.
You'll manage stock processes, contribute to effective Click & Collect, and drive consistent customer experiences from the moment customers walk in until they leave the store.
