Due to expansion, we are currently looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join our client, a forward-thinking agent in the Barnet area. Our clients are a well-respected Agent with a good reputation, and are a leading agent in the area
Working hoursAs a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be required to work 4 days in the week (Every Tuesday off) 9am-6pm and every Saturday 9.30am-3.30pm
The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered- £20,000 - £23,000 Basic
- 10% Commission on individual sales
- On target Earnings of £40,000 - £50,000
- Opportunity for career progression
- Registering buyers and sellers
- Arranging Viewings
- Negotiating offers
- Vendor contact calls
- 1 year+ experience in property sales
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong sales skills with the ability to close for business.
- Driving licence and own car
