Monday to Friday, 07:30 16:30; 1 in 3 Saturdays, 08:00 13:00 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Keep Lexus Moving Join Our Parts Team at Lexus Edgware We are looking for a customer-focused and motivated Parts Advisor to join our successful team at Lexus Edgware. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive industry experience who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Whether you've worked with a main dealer or an independent garage, if you're eager to learn, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do:
Provide excellent customer service to retail customers and support the workshop with parts requirements Identify, source, and supply vehicle parts accurately using dealership systems Handle parts enquiries professionally over the phone, via email, and face-to-face Process customer orders efficiently while maintaining high levels of accuracy Receive, check, and organise incoming stock deliveries Maintain accurate stock records and support regular inventory checks Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Contribute towards departmental gross profit targets as part of a team bonus structure

What We're Looking For:

Experience with in the automotive industry as a Parts Advisor, either with a main dealer or independent garage Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to support colleagues Comfortable working in a busy retail-focused environment A UK driving licence is beneficial but not essential
