About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our Hounslow branch. This role is central to delivering exceptional service to our existing clients, developing new client relationships, and supporting the branch in achieving its sales objectives. An exceptional Sales track record is a must have.
As a Personal Banker, you will be the first point of contact for customers - providing financial guidance, handling transactions, and promoting our products and services. Your ability to build trust, maintain professionalism, and go the extra mile will make you a valued member of our team.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities through referrals, networks, and events.
Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Handle customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to meet customer needs.
Support business development initiatives, including attending events and networking activities.
