Keenan Solar, one of North London's leading solar and battery storage companies, is looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic person to join our growing sales team.

No previous solar or sales experience is needed. We're looking for someone who is keen to learn, comfortable speaking to people and ready to put the work in.

You'll work directly with our lead surveyor and the owner of the business, receiving hands‑on training in solar, battery storage, system design and sales.

• How solar panels and battery storage systems work.
• How to design systems using our solar design software.
• How to prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
• How to understand a customer's needs and explain their options.
• How to follow up enquiries, handle questions and close sales.

• Speaking with customers who have enquired about solar and battery storage.
• Helping prepare system designs and quotations.
• Supporting our surveyors with customer information and proposals.
• Following up customers after they receive a video survey or quote.
• Booking calls and appointments for the sales team.
• Keeping customer records and follow-up tasks up to date.
• Taking on more responsibility as your confidence and skills develop.

• Someone at the start of their sales career or looking for a career change.
• Confident on the phone and comfortable using a computer.
• Organised, reliable and willing to take feedback.
• Motivated by targets, progression and earning commission.
• Based within a sensible travelling distance of North London.
• Someone who wants to build a career and grow with the business.

• £25,000 basic salary plus commission.
• Potential to earn £50,000+ once fully trained and consistently achieving sales targets.
• Full training in solar, battery storage, design and sales.
• Direct coaching from our lead surveyor and business owner.
• Customer enquiries to work with.
• A clear route into a solar sales consultant or surveyor role.
