Recovery Worker; Drug and Alcohol

Position: Recovery Worker (Drug and Alcohol)
Belmont Recruitment are looking to speak with experienced Recovery Workers for a position working within the Barnet area.

The position is a full-time contract, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

The position in question will be a mixed caseload working with clients with drug and alcohol histories (opiate, non-opiate and alcohol) previous experience of working with clients of this nature is a requirement to be considered for this position.

Within the position you will be managing a caseload of candidates, carrying out key working and group sessions, liaising with external agencies, have an understanding of safeguarding interventions, working to clients care plans, carry out comprehensive assessments and ideally have experience with offering harm intervention/harm reduction.

The role is full-time, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm for 37.5h a week, and is initially a 3 month contract.

Salary: £20-£23 DOE
Contract Length: 3 months with a view to extend.
