Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is seeking X2
Night Support and Progression Officers to join the London Accommodation Pathfinder service based in Barnet. You will work on a rota delivering pilot supported housing to 16/17 year-olds, providing safeguarding and progression support.
The role requires effective communication, report writing, and collaboration with Social Workers and Youth Justice practitioners.
