• Conduct assessments and develop care plans tailored to the needs of children with disabilities and their families
• Provide expert advice and support to families, ensuring the best outcomes for children
• Liaise with other agencies and professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with current legislation and policies
• Work collaboratively with a team to address complex cases and provide innovative solutions

• Degree or equivalent in Social Work
• Current registration with Social Work England
• Significant frontline experience in UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker
