Your Responsibilities

Lead complex, cross-functional technology projects for wind energy systems

Achieve project goals and technology readiness with a cross-functional project team through the phases of project planning, concept development, and validation up to handover for product integration

Ensure transparency of project progress, early identification of challenges, and initiation of appropriate countermeasures

Take responsibility for on-time delivery of project results, as well as for budget and quality

Your Qualifications

Degree (Diploma or Master’s) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field

Several years of experience in managing complex projects, preferably with a project management certification

Extensive expertise and many years of practical experience in the development of wind turbines or wind energy technologies

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Strong quality awareness and assertiveness

Very good command of English and German, combined with intercultural experience
