Looking for a stable day-shift production job combining practical work with forklift operation? Join a professional 25,000 m² logistics facility and work with raw materials used in animal feed production. A valid forklift certificate and good English are required.
This is what you will doAs a Production Worker, you will be responsible for the safe and accurate processing of powders and granulates used as ingredients for animal feed. You will supply raw materials from the warehouse, open and empty bags and Big Bags into the production system, and monitor the flow of materials towards silo trailers. This is an active and practical position where accuracy, hygiene, and safety are essential.
The work can be physically demanding and takes place in an environment where you regularly work with powders and granulates. You will work 40 hours per week during day shifts, with flexibility to work overtime when required.
- Opening and emptying bags and Big Bags into the correct production equipment
- Operating the dumping hopper, pallet tipper, hoist, and other equipment
- Monitoring product flow and identifying blockages or irregularities
- Checking product numbers, labels, and batch numbers and registering goods with a scanner
- Keeping machines and the workplace clean to prevent cross-contamination
- Good communicative English
- Valid forklift certificate - mandatory
- Good physical condition and willingness to perform active manual work
- Accuracy and ability to check product, label, and batch information
- Experience in production, warehousing, or working with a hoist/pallet tipper is an advantage
