Key Responsibilities Leadauditfieldworkassignments,including planning,budgetingandorganisingworkpriortocommencement Completeaudittestingonkeyriskareasandliaisewithclientstoresolvequeries,escalatingcomplexmatterswhererequired Reviewworkcompletedbytraineestoensureitisreadyformanager/directorreview Worktointernalandexternaldeadlines,ensuringfilesarecompletedtotherequiredstandard Preparestatutoryfinancialstatements(primarilyunderUKGAAP) anddrafttaxcomputations Providecoachingandconstructivefeedbacktojuniorteammembers Maintainahighstandardofclientcareandcommunication Assistwithbillingprocessesandmonitoringrecoveries Ensurecompliancewiththefirmsqualityassuranceprocedures Identifyopportunitiesforadditionalservicesandbegindevelopingexternalnetworks Skills&Experience ACAorACCAqualified Experienceplanningandleadingexternalauditswithinanaccountancypractice Goodtechnicalknowledge,includingFRS
