An exciting and fulfilling Executive Personal Assistant role working alongside an experienced EA to provide support to our client, a highly successful Entrepreneur.

THE ROLE:

A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced EA or Assistant EA with excellent attention to detail, to provide an efficient and effective PA service working for a high-profile Entrepreneur with an extensive range of business and charitable interests. The ideal candidate will reside in the South Yorkshire region and be comfortable with working in the office five days a week.

THE

CANDIDATE:

The successful candidate will have significant experience working in the role of EA, Assistant PA or Senior Secretary supporting high-profile individuals with a busy, varied and demanding work schedule both in their personal life and business capacity. The candidate must have worked to high standards and have exceptional attention to detail and can deliver accurate work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Co‑ordination of a busy and changing diary, managing complex appointments and an extensive travel schedule.
  • Assisting in the coordination and planning of various events (business and social).
  • Managing meetings, travel arrangements including international travel, and conference calls.
  • Producing documents such as briefing papers, reports, speeches, and presentations with high accuracy.
  • Handling highly confidential correspondence.
  • Co‑ordinating and managing high‑profile visitors and contacts in a professional manner.
  • Working proactively, anticipating and preventing possible problems that may arise.
  • Extensive diary management.
KEY

SKILLS:
  • First class presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Very high degree of accuracy and detail in all tasks (grammatically correct).
  • Confident, enthusiastic, self‑motivative and resilient PA who is diplomatic, persuasive and has excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and good command of English grammar.
  • High standard of IT literacy in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a flexible and co‑operative approach, utilising a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong team player, personable and upbeat personality and a friendly persona.
  • Ability to take initiative, work to high standards, multi‑task and work well under pressure.
