Description OverviewPackaging Artwork Coordinator – Barnsley (hybrid)
Scope of the Role- Coordinate the end-to-end artwork process from brief to print, ensuring compliance with regulatory and print requirements
- Act as the main point of contact for all artwork, layout, and design queries
- Manage artwork reviews, pre-press instructions, and final checks before production
- Provide regular updates on project progress, timelines, and artwork deliverables. Identify and resolve design or printing issues in collaboration with stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and external partners to deliver projects on time
- Ensure artwork changes are completed in line with KPIs and communicate any delays proactively
- Support packaging management with administrative tasks, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Assist with change control processes, deviations, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service
- High attention to detail, with the ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
- Good problem-solving and investigative skills
- Strong IT skills and confident communication (written and verbal) with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Experience working in Supply Chain
- Experience with in the pharmaceutical industry
- Exposure to design, printing, or packaging management
- Experience in proofreading documents
